I support alternative housing such as congregate housing, co-housing, and other cooperative arrangements.
The Community Reinvestment Act has supported some purchases in Waltham but over the years as banks merged their investment under the Act has been less than if those banks had not merged.
We should explore incentives to hire Waltham residents so they can live and work in the city.
